Application Process

• Complete the online application for each adult and pay fees
• We verify your background & credit within 2-3 business days
• Property owner reviews application and gives final approval

Deposits and Paperwork

• Deliver security deposit - MUST be Cashier's Check or Money Order
• Both parties review and sign lease documents
• Complete Association application and submit application fee(s)

Final Processing

• Association application fees & copy of lease submitted for approval
• Wait for Association approval - This can take 20-30 days
• Receive written approval of application from Association

Before You Move In

• Deliver final move-in funds - MUST be Cashier's Check or Money Order
• Submit written proof of utilities transferred
• Move in Day! Pick up keys from our office
